As we celebrate 20 years of leadership ministry, we would ask that you prayerfully consider partnering with LDI. We invite you to join us at one of four strategic partnership levels. Each gift will be stewarded with intentionality, care, and accountability. All gifts will further our mission to train and equip key leaders to make an exponential impact in their ministries.

Whatever financial support you choose to give, multiplied by God’s immeasurable bounty, will fuel thetransformative work through LDI that is ongoing and forthcoming. No matter the amount, each gift is a means of participating with God in His work, granting the honor of co-laboring together with Him in this momentous age.

Each Giving Level enables LDI to continue training, constructing, developing, and equipping God’s people in very specific ways, as well as outreaching to our communities. Your gift will enable us to distribute leadership resources, equip church leaders to strategically fundraise for new schools, train church staff in implementing growth strategies, facilitate leadership conferences for pastors and their spouses, and produce online leadership training modules, to name a few.

The Timothy Project was established to provide the opportunity to invest in the lives of pastors in a tangible way. The Apostle Paul served a younger Timothy as a mentor – teaching, equipping, discipling & training him to become a world-changing leader. Because of Paul’s mentorship of Timothy, Biblical scholars have cited that the church grew between 25,000 and 50,000 people. Just like Paul served a younger Timothy as a mentor, so you have the esteemed opportunity to allocate resources that will directly enable pastors to participate in the invaluable mentorship program.

Because of your generosity, these pastors will be able to receive extensive instruction, essential skills, wisdom from seasoned practitioners, accountability, and encouragement. LDI strives to help Lead Pastors grow spiritually and professionally across several arenas of leadership. The result of our partnership and efforts will be the thorough equipping of these Timothys, who will in turn equip those they lead. This will benefit their churches and, ultimately, will expand the Kingdom of God across the nation.

Many church budgets cannot afford to invest in their Lead Pastors in a manner that will strategically equip them to lead and grow the church. Not only are budgets inadequate to accomplish this, but recently inflation put a significant strain on the Church at large, forcing churches to cut costs like training and development. According to the United States Inflation Calculator (Consumer Price Index), cost of living has increased almost 17% in the last three years; but pastors should not be held back from receiving training to better lead and reach people simply because they lack the funding to do so.

Therefore, LDI took it upon itself to create The Timothy Project to give extra financial resources to aid pastors whose financial situations make it difficult to receive the training they need. These resources will help solve the funding barrier, making it possible for these leaders to participate in the seven-month Mastermind cohort.

As Paul mentored Timothy, your financial investment in these pastors will provide the essential leadership knowledge, sharpening, and experiences that will produce expanding fruitfulness among thousands of lives, both temporally and eternally.
