The Barrier of Stewardship
Staffing is your most valuable resource and, at the same time, can be the most difficult component to navigate. Maybe you’re at a place where you need to hire for a specialized position that you don’t have in-house, or perhaps you can’t utilize volunteers to accomplish tasks to the degree you desire. Getting the right people on the bus and in the right seats is critical for organizational growth!

Veterans day reminds us not only of the sacrifice of millions of military service men and women who served their country to preserve freedom across our national history. It also reminds us of the power of collective experiences and goals. The United States rallies around one common word on one day every year – “Veterans.” Likewise, be intentional to rally your team around that which is of greatest value to your organization.

One such principle is what I call “Making Others Successful.”
