Founded by Dr. James L. Davis in 2003, Leadership Development International is a non-profit organization that inspires, educates and equips servant leaders through coaching, conferences, and online education.

Servant leadership has its roots in the Bible, but it is often misunderstood in our modern culture. In fact, many people still see the terms “servant” and “leader” as having directly opposing meanings.
